R E L E A S E P R O C E D U R E
First of, you have to make sure you
have full legal consent to sell the videos for reproduction. After you
have found/taped the video you would like to submit for appraisal, please
complete the
Release Form where you would state your contact information, describe
the work and place your signature in acceptance of all the terms. You are
then free to ship the video (on any medium listed above) to an address
specified on the form, addressed to "Pure Photo Stu". Within 10 days of
receiving you package, we will appraise your work and send you a check of
$1000 or less; depending on the quality, length and rating of the work
submitted. Full rights are transferred at the
time when the checked is cashed. If you decline the offer,
please destroy the check.
Y O U R P R I V A C Y
We know that your privacy is essential
in these types of transactions. We
will never post or sell your name, address or any other contact
information to anyone; your signed forms will be held in strict secrecy.
Your names will not appear on any websites and we may delete any scenes or
sounds you may not want to be shared with our public. Please note, that
all parties included in the video must agree for the video to be sold and
made in the first place.
