AFFILIATE NETWORK

To become an affiliate we require standard contact information including an email address, account password and several details to successfully deliver your commission checks. Besides a valid name, address and an email address on your account, we also require all webmasters to provide a valid name to which monthly checks will be issued.

Yes! Every nudism website comes with a unique URL that targets each of our webmaster promotional programs distinctly. You can promote our "50% Revenue Split" nude video program for one website, and simultaneously promote our "$30 Per Signup" program for another website. We will report separate traffic and revenue information for each one of our programs and corresponding nudism website(s).

All referred visitors are tracked for 7 days from their initial visit. You will still get full commission from visitors who decide to come back and join days later!

All referred visitors are tracked through an advanced method of IP-to-BrowserID comparison that creates a unique and accurate visitor identification. Even if your visitor clears all stored private cookie and tracking information from their computer, you will still get a full referral credit for up to 7 days from their initial visit.

Our Commission Estimator is based on an accurate average of our current member retention number (how long members stay active before they cancel) and an nudism membership upgrade ratio (percentage of members that decides to upgrade to a higher-priced account). Combination of the two values makes it easy to create an estimate of what your earnings might look like.

TRAFFIC & EARNING REPORTS

Yes! Every hit is instantly reported under the target promotional program of the marketed website.

Due to member processing reporting delays and account validation, it might take up to 12-36 hours before your nudist traffic is converted into revenue. Your account will be credited at the time we receive the transaction report from the target websites, not at the time of the initial referral visit.

50% Revenue Split
Adjustments are most common in this program due to 50/50 sharing of all charges and refunds. While promoting this program you will be credited with 50% of all sign-up, re-bill, upgrade and DVD order charges. You will also be debited 50% of all refunds and chargebacks that your referred accounts might face.

$30 Per Signup
You will be credited $30 for every referred member! There are no debits with this program.

10% of Income from Referred Webmasters
You will be credited 10% from all checks issued to the webmasters at the beginning of every month. There are no debits with this program.

10% of webmaster income is calculated on the first of every month reflecting referred webmaster's income during the previous month. Your commission will be paid out on the same exact day as your webmaster's revenue checks.

Yes, if a member was referred through our "50% Revenue Split" program! Even if their account was expired for months, upon re-activation you will continue to earn revenue.

Periodically we will reward our top webmaster affiliates, or affiliates who reached a certain earning benchmark, with a bonus adjustment (recorded in the "Bonuses" section of each program). Insure that you are our top candidate by staying a head of the game when it comes to advertising and promotion! Stay tuned to our network news announcements for the details and requirements when bonus opportunities drops by.

50% Revenue Split
Net webmaster earnings are calculated by adding all credits (50% of all initial charges, re-bills, upgrades, DVD orders, shipping charges) and subtracting all debits (50% of all refunds, chargebacks). Performance bonuses are than added to net earning if all required benchmarks are met.

$30 Per Signup
Net webmaster earnings are calculated by multiplying the number of referred members by $30 per signup. Performance bonuses are than added if all required benchmarks are met.

10% of All Income from Referred Webmasters
Net webmaster earnings are calculated by recording 10% of the total monthly check amount from each one of the referred webmasters in the beginning of the month. Performance bonuses are not applicable for this program.

Webmaster's affiliate URL may look something like: http://www.purenudism.com/index.html?ai=199991
The Affiliate ID variable ("ai") is passed to the target URL and is used for tracking. In the example above, the first character represents the target website you are promoting (1=PureNudism.com, 2=BeBareToo.com). The next four characters are your unique Affiliate Account ID that was assigned to you at sign-up. And finally, the last character represents the program you are promoting (1=50% Revenue Split, 2=$30 Per Signup, 3=10% Webmaster Program).

Yes! However, webmaster's textual or photographic material associated with our links must be appropriate. We reserve the right to ask webmasters to update your linked graphic or descriptions.

We are currently in the process of creating new banners and nudist promotional material our affiliates can use. We also encourage our affiliates to create their own custom nudism promotional items such as graphics, banners and descriptions that will stand out from the affiliate crowd.

We do not mind if some of our material is used on affiliate's referral pages for promotional purposes only; however, initial permission must be given before any of our material is published on your website. In addition to having explicit permission for the use of our material on a per-image basis, there are certain content restrictions in place. Please Contact Us with your proposal and we will work with you to make the best of your referring traffic!

Yes! Designer creativity comes from those who are experts in marketing! If you have promotional material that you would like to share with the rest of our nudist affiliates, we will be glad to credit your account for your hard work and effort.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We take security of your account information very seriously. All account information is stored in an encrypted database and all communication within our Affiliate Management Area is secured with top of the line SSL protection.

Webmaster's physical address will only be used for payment information, webmasters will never receive any promotional material to your place of business. Webmaster's email address will only be used for transmission of account revenue reports, statements and affiliate network news and announcements. We will never share webmaster's account information with any third party company as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can have your account password emailed to an email address on file by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link located on our Login Page. Once logged-in, you can always select a new account password.

Yes! All webmaster's contact and account information can be updated on the "Account Details" page after the initial sign-up. The only item that cannot be changed is your assigned 4-digit Affiliate Account ID, which remains with you for the lifetime of your account.

RULES & LEGAL

Websites that host our links and banners do not necessarily have to be nudism pages. However, periodically we will review webmaster affiliate's traffic information and if in our sole discretion we decide that the referral pages are explicit or inappropriate, we will ask affiliate links to be migrated to more appropriate pages. We work with our affiliates to make the best of their referring traffic.

Yes! All participating nudism websites are fully legal in every city, every state and every county inside the United States. They are protected by the First Amendment and are not subject to local obscenity laws or ordinances. The depiction of adults and children nudism in the visual media has enjoyed constitutional protection in the United States since 1958, when the Supreme Court vacated a Court of Appeals finding that Sunshine & Health magazine could be obscene (Sunshine Book Co. v. Summerfield, Postmaster General, 355 U.S. 372). The right to depict adults and children in innocent nudism poses has been upheld without a pause for 41 years. In case after case, the Supreme Court and lower courts have always upheld the constitutionality of "nudity without more," specifically referring to the nudist depiction as a fully constitutional form of expression. Memberships are widely sold in all of Asia, Europe, South America, Canada, Australia and Africa and majority of other developed countries. The only exception may be countries where nudity of any kind is banned.

Due to the nature of opt-in marketing and the sensitivity of nudism material, all email advertising can only be done to email addresses originally added by their owners while visiting our nudism websites. We do not want anyone receiving nudism advertising who did not request it explicitly. Sending out emails without the email owner's initial subscription is unsolicited and is taken very seriously. We have filters in place that will identify and automatically suspend affiliate accounts if a certain percentage of referral domains are email service providers (ex. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)

Unsuitable Marketing Method(s) for our and our networked websites include, but are not limited to, those that contain, allude to, insinuate, or include links to or metatags referring to, materials that:

• i) NudistHits.com, in its sole discretion, considers to promote violence, terrorism or terrorist-related activities, sedition or similar activities for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• ii) NudistHits.com, in its sole discretion, considers to promote illegal activities for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• iii) is not fully in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its associated regulations for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• iv) violates intellectual property rights by using copyright or trademarked material without the copyright or trademark owner’s express permission for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• v) violates intellectual property rights through variations or misspellings of domain names for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• vi) NudistHits.com, in its sole discretion, considers obscene including, without limitation, materials depicting bestiality, rape, torture, degradation or feces for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• vii) constitutes child pornography, or purports or insinuates that the persons involved in any type of suggestive or sexual situation are under the age of 18 for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• viii) NudistHits.com, in its sole discretion, determines to be threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, scandalous or injurious to the reputation of any party for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• ix) NudistHits.com, in its sole discretion, considers to be involved in, promoting, or advocating password trading, hacking or unauthorized file sharing for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• x) include any program, file, data stream or other material containing worms, viruses or any other type of malicious or destructive code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• xi) is sexually explicit in nature or content for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters;
• xii) promote NudistHits.com sites using any type of bulk electronic communication (including, for example but without limitation, e-mail, instant messaging, messages sent via a social networking service), even if such communications are in compliance with bulk communications laws in your jurisdiction for its nude affiliate program and nude video webmasters.
